Paper mache lamp shades by Paper Moon Factory

Paper-Moon-Factory-Lamp

These beautiful paper mache lamp shades are by Paper Moon Factory* and are perfect for making your home feel cosy this winter. The lamps are from the City Lights Series and are made from recycled paper pulp, coated in chalk paint.

Dutch artist Marion Westerman makes a range of unique sculptures and home accessories with paper mache from old newspapers, leaflets, brochures and cheap magazines (as opposed to glossy magazines where the coating on the paper won’t let the fibres dissolve well). Paper Moon Factory also sell pre-made compressed pulp for you to make your own paper creations – aptly named Pulp Pasta Fresh.
