Paper Mache City Lights by Paper Moon Factory

We had to single out these beautiful pendant lights by Paper Moon Factory as the ultimate accessory for making a home feel cosy this winter. The lamps are from the┬áCity Lights Series and are made from recycled paper pulp, coated in chalk paint. Dutch artist Marion Westerman is the talent behind Paper Moon Factory. She makes a range of unique sculptures and home accessories with paper mache from old newspapers, leaflets, brochures and cheap magazines (but┬ánot glossy magazines as the coating on the paper won’t let the fibres dissolve well). Paper Moon Factory also sell pre-made compressed pulp for you to make your own paper creations – aptly named Pulp Pasta Fresh, you can buy it here.
