Furniture made from reclaimed wood by Chris Ruhe

Very pleased to discover the work of Chris Ruhe, a Dutch designer who creates optically challenging furniture from reclaimed materials.  He trained as an artisan furniture maker in Amsterdam and started his own atelier in 2005.  In his Ladder-zat-cabinet pictured above, the ladders are fixed with just three screws which allows the piece to be rearranged in different positions. See more wonderful creations on his website here.
