Garments made from flour sacks by Mayer Peace Collection AW12

By Antonia Edwards

The Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Berlin based Mayer. Peace Collection by Christine Mayer is about polarising rough materials with feminine fits.  The company seeks out fabrics that carry a breath of the past with every garment made from recycled textiles such as flour sacks.   They also incorporate a fabric made from seaweed into their designs called SeaCell.
