Beach house made from repurposed shipping containers

Andrew Anderson has built a home out of re-purposed shipping containers in one of New York’s wealthiest areas, the Hamptons. The Beach Box is made of six modules from New York-based SG Blocks and the interior kitted out with the most cutting edge renewable materials available. This includes an Eco Top counter by Kliptech made from 100% post consumer recycled fibre and bamboo fibre, as well as the highest performance energy saving appliances.  Situated in the Napeague Dunes, 600 feet from the sea, this beach house is an environmentalists dream.
