Patterned Pieces by Eleanor Young

Fun Makes Good was set up by Glasgow School of Art graduate, Eleanor Young.  She reclaims, reupholsters and reworks unloved items of furniture with a distinctive graphic style.  The brief for the Slagelse Møbelvaerk Boomerang Chairs pictured above was to use parts of the existing vinyl and replace the damaged sections with new vinyl pieces. Designs were to incorporate a specific colour palette and compliment the chairs ‘boomerang’ curves and lines.
